Nadine Karp McHugh is a seasoned professional coach and strategic advisor with a wealth of experience in executive positions across various industries. As the founder and CEO of Evolve Up, Inc., Nadine leverages her 30+ years of business leadership to specialize in leadership development, professional coaching, transformation, and change management.

Nadine's career highlights include managing P&Ls ranging from $5MM to $2.5Bn+ at WPP agencies, leading the Unilever US business, and serving as Chief Client Officer at MindShare New York.  She has also held significant  executive roles at Colgate, L’Oréal, and Goldman Sachs.  Her expertise in digital and organizational transformation, along with her passion for technology, has led to numerous successful initiatives, including moving organizations from traditional to digital-first models and creating early adopter cultures.

Nadine's commitment to driving productive change and empowering teams is evident through her Master of Science degree in organizational creativity and change leadership, as well as her certification from NYU’s Executive Coaching program. She also holds certificates in Design Thinking and What If Innovation Training. Nadine has launched impactful workshops and initiatives, such as the "Think Differently" workshops at L’Oréal, which fostered collaborative problem-solving and optimal performance.  She also led training for all WPP media agencies and was the founder and curriculum director of the M Academy which provide training to employees from entry  to executive level.

Her involvement in industry initiatives and non-profit organizations, such as SeeHer and Creative Spirit, showcases her dedication to driving accurate portrayals of women and girls in marketing and media, as well as supporting the neurodiverse population. Nadine's board positions at various industry trade organizations further demonstrate her commitment to a stronger future for the industry. She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
